Preparation
All furniture and floors are covered with clean drop cloths. Walls and ceilings are inspected and cracks are filled and then sanded. All baseboards, windows, and trim are professionally sanded and painted.
Color selection assistance
Alan Silverstein has 26 years of color selection experience. Alan maintains an extensive library of colors and fan decks going back 50 years. He can get the exact right color for any interior or exterior surface.
Paint
We are familiar with and use all brands of paint. Brands used include: Benjamin Moore, Dunn Edwards, Sherwin Williams, Pratt & Lambert, Farrow & Ball, Pittsburgh, Glidden, Mythic paints, Yolo colorhouse, AFM safecoat, Valspar and many others.
Painting
All surfaces are sanded and cleaned prior to the application of primer and quality paint.
Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state, this includes replacing the furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Communication
I maintain daily contact with every customer during the course of the house painting project. I am available to answer questions all day.
